CM Bommai drives for 75 days free booster dose campaign, calls to get vaccine
Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai has called upon citizens above 18 years of age to get free preventive dose or booster dose of Covid vaccine for the next 75 days as part of the Corona Vaccine Amrit Mahotsav Abhiyan.
Speaking at the vaccination program in Bangalore, he said that Karnataka has given more than 100 percent of both doses of vaccine. The target is that the 3rd dose should be given to four and a half crore people in the age group of 18 to 59 in the next 75 days. We have made supplementary arrangements to achieve this goal.
Currently, the number of corona cases is increasing everywhere. Thus, as a precautionary measure, vaccinations are being continuously given in 7500 centers in Karnataka during the 75-day vaccination campaign, and the government will provide all cooperation to the health workers to work in the campaign.
